My name is Matt Adams, and I am the President of the Rocky Mountain Ford Truck Club, and one of the "founding members", along with a few others.

I was born in Littleton, Colorado in 1980 and sad or not, I have spent all my life here. Where I live now is approximately 5 miles from where I was raised, and where my parents still live, in the house I hope to purchase within the next few years when my parents move to Africa for mission work. I absolutely love Colorado, theres no where else I would really want to live. Only in Colorado (and a few other Rocky Mountain states, hence the name Rocky Mountain Ford Truck Club, can you have the benefits of big city life, and be an hour or less away the seclusion and solitude of mountain trails and cozy mountain towns like Georgetown, Silver Plume, etc.

I graduated high school Heritage High School in 1998, and i am currently attending Arapahoe Community College for night classes in everything from management to Business Administration to Computer Science, just depends on what I feel like taking that semester and someday all the classes will add up to a degree of some sort.

I've been into Ford's since I first got my drivers license and started driving my dads 1992 F-150. Since then I've owned a 1998 F-150 (had it custom made just for me, even had to wait 2-3 LONG months for delivery), a 94 Explorer (super tricked out for wheeling, was even featured in four-wheeler magazine), and finally my 2000 F-150. I've learned a great deal working on them and modifying them. My passion for the vehicles as well as the other people out there behind the vehicles inspired me to start the FTW CO Chapter back in June 2001, and recently (May 2004) to start the independant Rocky Mountain Ford Truck Club.

I bought my 2000 F-150 in late 2000, it had about 15,000 miles on it. It now has about 110,000 miles, all well earned. It's undergoing some major mods hopefully soon, so stay tuned!
