Dang...too bad you're in the Springs. Our yard could use a good power raking!

I don't want to go north... Good luck with your yards, I don't know anyone up there.

I offer turf tinting/painting. If you have a big event or just want to touch up brown spots, email or call for more information.

Just out of curiosity, I know you said you wouldn't drive to Longmont, but say hypothetically you were asked to resode about half of an approximately 1500 sq. foot yard... can you give a rough guess as to what that might run?
I went out tonight and tried to rake it up, agitate the dirt, put down some new soil and put down some Scotts patchmaster stuff, but I went through half of a pretty big bag and I feel liek I only touched the surface and think it might be easier just to resod like half the yard...

I didn't say I wouldn't, just that it's better value to have a local business. And sod would be about $1,000 seed in the 300-400 range. If you want me to do it I can.

Let me think about it, that's actually not as bad as I thought it might be... If I end up doing it I'd rather hire someone I know even if I have to pay a little more for it.

My yard is horrible! Especially the back... Only thin back there is some weeds that are now almost as tall as I am. Luvkily, I rent, so it's the landlords problem. He keeps saying he's gonna sod the back yard, but he's been saying that since February and it hasn't happened, LOL! But my parents live in the Springs! If they ever talk about needing anything done, I'll surely tell them about you!

OK, might better call me to be sure I'm there. If not won't be gone long.
