Default Hard shifting

I take care of my truck to the best of my ability and for some reason yesterday driving to work it started to shift hard in all gears less the higher up I'm thinking about tranny pan and gasket filter what could it be be if anyone please my #7193098446

What Truck? What trans? How's fluid? How many miles? Has it been rebuilt?
