Edit:: Now, browsing the site, I get an occassional popup! What's with that? Not trying to sound mean or anything, but why is it like that?

I have no idea what you are talking about. We don't use pop-ups or banner ads or anything like that... what was the link to?

ok, that's really weird!
Every time I see the word vehicle, it makes a link to cars.com [Edit]- no, it's CarsDirect.com
also, I get several popups while I am on!

Maybe something really got jacked up on my computer.

You don't see it huh??
Maybe I'll try to see why it's doing that and try to fix it.

Any suggestions??

Sounds to me like you got some spyware installed on your machine. The site has NO such links, its probably spyware that for some reason is looking at keywords and links it to their site or something. You can try to install adaware or something like that, or go to add/remove programs and see if theres anything listed there like cars or something.

Run "Adaware". It's a free download & should get rid of it.

You got somethin' in your puter that ain't supposed to be there. If you run Adaware, you might be suprised to find out all you have in there.

Trust me, if you are getting pop-ups, it is definately not coming from this site. You must have something third-party on your machine causing it. This site has no advertisements of any kinds and I control everything on the entire domain, nothing would sneak on.

Sounds like Yahoo! got a hold of your browser. Do you have any of those shitty toolbars installed? If so, that's your offender.

No popups here or at home, and no funky links either.

Some guy was saying the same thing on F150online. Definately a spyware thing and the Yahoo argument might explain why I've heard this same thing recently elsewhere.

well, installed adaware and norton antivirus, and that seems to have fixed it.
I think it may have come from downloading music?
Oh well, thanks for the advice!!
