Take a crap in their yard like Jim Carrey did in "Me Myself& Irene". They will stay away after that.

He backed into my truck... Put a good whiskey dent on the drivers side of the bed between the rear wheel and the bumper... I should at least be grateful that he was honest enough to tell me about it... But still

so file a claim against his insurance, get it fixed, thats what most people do when they get in fender benders :). Or tell him he can pay for it out of his pocket. Hell one time Courtney accidentally backed into someones car at a party they were having, and put a little dent in it, and it wasn't like "oh whoops, sorry" it was "get an estimate and we'll write you a check"...

I filed a claim with my insurance and asked him to just pay the deductible... I have full coverage and accident forgiveness and since he was nice enough to let me know, I didn't wanna make him pay all of it..

Bummer. The wife had a 'backing up' incident a while back- Honda's are no match for American steel. I wish our neighbor had been a little nicer about that one, and it was nothing but scrunched plastic but still cost a a$$ load.

But, this reminds me of a horrible story from a coworker in Texas. He's got a lifted F250 with 'ranch duty' front end replacement and rear bumpers. Backing out one morning, 9 month old screaming in the car seat, already running late because after getting the truck warmed up, the baby pooped and had to be changed back in the house. One of those "not even with the windows down can I survive this" poops. Meanwhile, the neighbor parked a nearly-new Volvo SUV - right behind between him, as he buckles the car seat. Backed up, and actually ended up ON TOP of the Volvo. Not a scratch on the Super Duty, and the Volvo was, well, he didn't want to talk about that part.
