A/P is All-Position.

Typically has nothing to do with the rating, just what the tread looks like. It's usually a little more 'street' than an A/T, but there are some exceptions.

Dunlop has some nice Rover A/Ps, Pathfinder A/Ps look real similar to the BFG A/Ts, so it really depends on the exact model.
