Just curious. I have a cycle that I use as a daily driver in the spring, summer & fall but me & the wife like taking day trips in the mountains in the summer. The ride to Evergreen, Georgetown, Blackhawk is real nice. Bishops Castle is another nice ride. We went on the POW/MIA ride to Cripple Creek the last two years.........it was a blast.

Aside from my truck, camping, wheeling, & fishing, That's a lot of fun too.

Almost forgot, if anyone likes to dirt ride, I have one of those too & I'll haul that thing anywhere to go ride it. So if you're into either, let me know & maybe we can all hook up for a ride. :)

 Yeah! Nice GPZ Leanintree. We'll have to meet up for a ride sometime. Please be easy on the throttle or you'll lose me though. I migrated over to a cruiser after the sportbikes. (my wife is relieved) It's not the same but at least it's a scoot. My buddy lets me ride his Busa once in a while so I can get my fill. :D '02 Yamaha Warrior

Like Matt, I only have the people-powered variety of bike. I rather enjoy getting exercise while also having a good ride. But someday I may make the jump to a motorcycle - looks like fun.

Don't have one, don't want one.

After the shit I've seen, you'll never catch me even thinking about getting on one.

I'd possibly ride a dirt bike in an off-road area, where I didn't have to worry about people in cars, but that would be it.

I have the people variety and used to log 2k miles a year riding to work and for fun, used to. i have had way to many close calls that would up with broken skin and limping for a week from motorists who would not yield right of way or just flat out were not paying attention. It is not that I was a poor rider who got myself in stupid situations, I ate, drank and dreampt riding.
I'd like to go motorcycle but not right now

I love riding to Estes Park from here, it's a great ride. Next time me & my buddy head north, I'll post it here to see if anybody wants to meet up.

Have you ever done the POW/MIA Cripple Creek ride in August? I did it the last two years & it was a lot of fun. My sister even came down from Ft Collins on her Shadow to go there. You ever been to Bishops Castle? That's a good ride down the southern way.

Sometimes we go to Evergreen just for the heck of it & meet at that little coffee shop (can't remember the name) next to the little bear cafe. I think it's the ride from Woodland Park through Deckers then Horsepower Hill that entices me. Oh yeah, I ride the speed limit too..........I don't want any tickets. Colorado Springs is cracking down on loud pipes but there's no way in hell I'm gonna take off the Vance&Hines.

How were the roads into the mountains? I do my best to stay out of the mountains during the winter due to the salt. However, i know all too much about the shrinkage factor LOL!! I'll ride to work up until it drops below 30 in the a.m, and at 6 in the morning on a highway without chaps, man, alli can say is it takes awhile!
