I will be leaving Old Chicago sometime next week. I am going to be working at Tante Louise. Its a fine dining french restaurant off of Colfax. Its been rated Denver's most romantic restaurant and a bunch of other awards. www.tantelouise.com if you want to check it out.

I tried to get reservations there for my Anniversary last week. Unfortunately they were booked solid.

Next time I can afford more than a Happy Meal for dinner, I'm there. Should I just walk into the kitchen to let you know I'm there?

What is considered French Food? I only eat burgers and fries but maybe McDonalds isn't a good V-Day Place. They're probably booked anyway at this point, Damn this is close. Oh, and Feb also marks 4-yrs with the lady. I better get my act together.

French food can range from classical french dishes, such as beef wellington, which is tenderloin and mushrooms wrapped with a puff pastry. There are also many comtemporary french chefs that are making the presentations more dramatic and mixing different cuisine flavors with those of traditional french flavors.

Well I just got home from doing a free shift at Tante Louise, and the chef said that she has another candidate to talk to and I should know something on Monday or Tuesday. God I hope I get this or I might blow up at Old Chicago.

Well they decided to promote within, so back to Old Chicago I go. I was told that if they do end up hiring someone that I would be the first one called.

The Napa discount is sweet. My bro-in-law has worked for Napa forever, just because he uses the discount so much for all of his cars.
