Just got this finished this morning and mounted up with a couple off road lights to so here could head back to Fort Riley. Final weight on this one was 92 pounds, it is 2" HREW and the stinger is 1-1/2.

That is a nice bumper Sean, maybe I can talk you into making one for my Bronco when it is time. no poop hoop though. After I saw Matt's Demo I think ill let others go find another place to hang on. :D

Thanks Guys!

When Tim comes home on leave in December we are going to do a back bumper to match.

Mike do you have an idea of what you want as far as a design?

Ya I've been collecting pictures of how I'd like it to look, something a little prerunner like but has a receiver for my winch.

Cool when we get together bring them with you and we can go over them, As for the receiver, I still have to weld one on this one when he comes back out in December plus build the rear bumper then too.

Here is a funny story about this bumper;

Tim called this morning to tell me how well the bumper is holding up as he did not think about it when he went to the car wash this morning.
Well it was one of the automated ones with the big roller brushes and while it was pushing his truck thru the wash the main roller that goes horizontally across the top of the vehicle wrapped itself tightly around the stinger and actually started to lift the front of the truck off the ground before the system sensed the truck was not moving any longer and it reversed the system.
End result the bumper held up to the lifting weight of his truck w/o any damages or problems.

I'd say that would be equivalent to Matt testing it out. :thumbsup:

Its ok, you don't have to try and fool us. Its obvious that this whole thread is just a thinly veiled way to show off the "barber pole" mod you did to your swamp cooler. :)
Seriously, the bumper looks great. sounds like it holds up well too.
