Dumb question but we need some action on this board anyway

So this guy on the Colorado 4x4 Assoc website is going to give me a custom rear bumper for a Dodge Ramcharger which I hope to modify for my truck. Anyway, it's free and when I asked what he drinks, he said "I drink ale of any kind." There aren't any particular beers referred to as Ale is there? I assume he just means any kind of beer. I suppose I'll go higher class than my usual Budweiser...... Although I do have 3-month old 24-pack in my friend's fridge. :twisted:

Very good question, I figured with some of the raging alcoholics on the board (LOL just kidding guys) you'd have an answer for this by now. As far as "ale" when I think of ale, yes, I think of beer. Amber ale, pale ale, malt ale, etc. Get him a 6-pack of 4 different kinds of beers, one will surely satisfy... :)

Boulder Brewery has some good "indian pale ale" and something, find him a sampler case from that brewery...or from Tommyknockers, up here in Idaho SPrings, they sell em allover..

I believe ale is a certain variety of beer eg; stout, lager, etc... Urbancowboy, were you in Fort Collins on Wednesday? I saw a truck like yours and was wondering.

Try to find him some Bristol Beer. It is brewed in the springs, and they make one called "Laughing Lab Ale" its tasty and he shouldn't be disappointed.

Just get FAT TIRE its the best ale in my opinion... very good stuff

So when I went to the store, Fat Tire said "Ale" on it so I bought a 12-pack. However, when I got there, he was drinking a Bud. Man, If I knew he was a bud man...... Mmmm Budweiser.....
