Looking at possibly changing service, but don't know who to look into.

I've had AT&T, Qwest, VoiceStream, AirTouch in the past, and currently have Verizon. Unfortunately now I have absolutely zero service at work, and marginal connectivity at home, so I'm looking to switch.

I have seen Cingular users on their phones here in my office, as well as Sprint, which means Cingular/ATT, Sprint/Nextel, and Qwest will all work. My phone has tried to connect to the Cricket network, so I imagine it will work.

No idea about T-Mobile, and don't know for sure about Cricket, but I know that out of the 13 people I've talked to with Verizon, not one of them can place/receive a call here. All differing models of phones as well, from Blackberrys to Kyocera, Nokia, Moto, Samsung, and Treo.

I too proclaim Sprint PCS to be the best service out there. It's certainly better than my girlfriend's Verizon. My two best friends use Sprint as well. Great service.

Tray, if you decide to go with Qwest let me know, I work for them. I'll waive all your fees that I can and such...

I've had Sprint for about 8 years now, and I could write a list a mile long of places where there is no service, but they're all out in the boonies. Someone would have to give me almost free service to make me switch though. They have never given me any grief.

I have sprint as well and its great, the only thing I don't like is their policy on getting new phones. But hey take the good with the bad. Tray Sprints service works great where I'm at and I see it being the same over in broomfield.

I've had Qwest since they came out with wireless service .. basically because when it came out - i was working there and I couldn't pass up the employee pricing.

but through the years the service has gotten nothing but better (especially since they just joined the Sprint network)

even better thing .. it all comes on one bill :!:

Dom, whats Sprints policy on new phones? I've never had a problem when I buy a new phone.

In order to receive a rebate on a phone you have to have the current phone that is on your plan for atleast 18 months. Because who wants to pay full price for a phone. I was even willing to sign a new contract, (i've been out of a contract for years). The only way I have found to do it is to change my number, wich I don't want to do either.

I've had Verizon Wireless for about 3 years and been pretty happy with it. One thing thats real nice is you can talk for free to any other person that has Verizon (including Courtney, LOL). But since you say you dont get coverage, that won't help you much.
"Can you hear me now?"
"I TOLD YOU NO! START PAYING ATTENTION!"

whats your cell number??? I can look at it for you tomorrow... The biggest concern will be if you have a contract... If you don't then there are all sorts of killer specials going on right now...
