Sweet, have you used it yourself yet? I have herculined many sections of my F100, but not my bed. The plan is to cut the metal bed floor out because im making a wood floor bed. But want to liner the inner bed sides before I do another idea thats not completely figured out yet.

Not yet but I ordered 6 gallons for myself 2 days ago. Plan on using it really soon. I did a lot of research on it and it has gotten nothing but really good reviews. Its a 3 part poly mix.

What about the metal prep? does the bed have to be like new? when I helped do grumpy (my 78) we spent more time prepping it for rhino liner than we did spraying it on. It still looks new to this day and is not peeling.

Clean, grease and solvent free, and paint scuff sanded for adhering. It does require at least a primer coat on bare metal.

ok. The biggest problem will be to get all of the rust out then. with the 78 the primer we used was a specific type Rhino liner uses so it can be applied directly over the rust and paint. the main clean up was degreasing and de-waxing the surfaces. I will let you know when im ready if I do decide to coat the inner bed panels. Thanks

Use Por15 over the rusty areas first. Knock it down with a wire wheel. Put one coat of POR15 on it let it dry. Scuff the por 15 with a sander and spray the coating. Por15 with permanatly seal and kill the rust and give you a surface that can be coated. Just don't forget to scuff the POR15 before the liner application

I have a ton of POR 15 products. I will just use that. The stuff is hard as a rock and makes me front axle look brand new

chris i have a few questions.
First off is the spray gun unique to this prouct or will any automotive spray gun work?
What colors are available?
Is there a discount available if I am looking at doing 4 trucks?
What is the texture like? Is this along the lines of a rhino liner texture?
If I cant color match is this stuff paintable?

Its actually more like a drywall texture hopper

Standard colors are black, grey, and tan however it can be color matched using automotive paint tint.

The texture can be manipulated to be a heavy to light texture depending on the nozzle and the air flow.

It is paintable

Yes if your doing 4 trucks you would need approximately 8 gallons and I can definitely give you the hook up!

Standard pickup bed takes about 2 gallons.

picked up enough product for one truck today and saw a sample of the product already applied as well. cant wait for may junish so I can get it sprayed and see it in the truck. From what I saw today i am quite impressed for the price point.
