hello everyone. my name is james and i'm new to the site.
i own a 78 f150 that i am going to fix up. just bought a 77 f150 last weekend for a parts truck.
my dad had a 78 f150 when i was a kid and have loved them since. i had been wanting one for a long time and finally bought one about 2 years ago. now that i have a good parts truck with good body panels all around it is time to get busy.
i'd like to share/gain knowledge from you all and get to know and meet up from time to time.

the grill and front bumper were all smashed up as well. the sheet metal is in good shape and that is what i plan on using. the floor board on the drivers side is rusted through and the right wheel well. other than that its in good shape.

That frame ain't cut that bad, I have seen them rusted worse. Not a bad lookin 78 you got there! That parts truck looks pretty good too. If you need any parts let me know, I may have them and maybe we could do some swapin on stuff. :) These are my favorite trucks to work on. Let us know if you need a hand!
