yeah satruns arent that bad... my best friends mom had one, and my best friend his sister and anouther girl were being stupid one night, way out quincy road, my best friend lost control where the road turned from asphalt to dirt and the car went end over end several times at 90+MPH .. if every one would have had seatbelts on.. there probally wouldnt even had been any injorys... but now one did so im sure u can guess what happend.. but still the crash would have been easyly survivable.... SO WEAR SEAT BELTS!!

My everyday driver is a 2002 Saturn L300. I love that thing, rides great, great gas mileage and always heard how safe they were........

Glad to hear your uncle is doing better.
A few years ago, I had a Saturn SC2 as my daily driver. I'm 6' 8" and it was a 2-seater, my co-workers got many excellent laughs out of that. I used to compare it to squeezing a salmon into a sardine can. My co-workers thought it was great because it had a sunroof and I could literally stick my head out the sunroof and drive, quite comfortably.

You would laugh your ass off if you saw me get into my sisters Hyundai Scoupe, then you would laugh harder watching me roll out of the damn thing. It sits so low to the ground, it feels like you have to step up to get out.

Jeff, I'd like to see you, or even Matt get into a BMW Z3. I'm skinny as a post and of average height and have problems with those cars.
It's hella easy to get into a Z3.....As long as it is a convertible, and you aren't driving.
A buddy of mine took his Mom's out for a spin, and I just rested my knees up on the dash, looked out over the windshield, and had a good laugh.
The funny thing I've noticed though is that even some of the tiny Hyundai and Kia's have more room than say a Jeep Liberty. I nearly ripped the steering wheel off trying to get my knees out of the one and only Libery I'll ever be in.
