Some of you know that I sold my beloved Explorer to my sister in October of last year. She was desperate for a 4x4 for the Utah winters and I sold it to her on the family plan (payments)...

Last night I made a deal with a guy on the Explorer Forum to buy his Explorer... It should be here next weekend and I can't wait!!! At first I told him, ehh, whenever we can get it here is cool... Now I can't wait to get out wheeling again... And lets face it... My Excursion is way to big to try and take wheeling... Its to long and to heavy to do very much in...

From what I can find. These are the build in process photo's but pretty close to what she looks like today.

Hey, I'm going to go and find some Honda's or something around here to run over... I'll take it down to Utah if I have to so that I can find some wheeling!!!

Sparky the only thing I can think of to change is possibly look into getting rid of the 3" body lift. With that much suspension it really doesn't need that body lift anymore. But he custom made the bumper mounts to bring the bumpers up 3" and welded them to the truck, so those would have to be reworked.

Other than that I just plan on driving it and see what I can break...

The guy that has it says he wants to take a couple of days off and drive it out... So I'm paying the gas and his flight home instead...

You think they're crazy? Wait until you are carrying a cooler, and slip and fall, and bleep out a string of profanities about 10 minutes long, they'll think YOU'RE crazy :).
