Hey, I've decided to start doind volunteer work here. Would anyone else be interested?

http://www.pptrc.org/

It's a therapeutic horseback riding facility for physically and mentally handicapped children! It's great fun, I did it years ago. And if you aren't much for horses, they can also always use help with office and maintenance work, as well.

They work year round, and the summer program is going to be starting soon... June 15th I believe.

Would be great if a few of our guys/gals helped out. Plus it could also help spread the word about RMFTC!

Oops! They are having an orientation thing this saturday (13th) at 10:00 for anyone that might want to check it out first.

That is a really cool program, I've seen programs like it (or it, I can't remember) featured on the news and it seems really worthwhile. I'm up to my eyeballs in my current volunteer situation, but wish you the best of luck! :)

I do some volunteer work for specific charities when I am available, it is a good feeling knowing you are helping others. I would love to get involved with this program but I am slammed with stuff right now
