after getting layed off in Feb. I have got a job. I will start with Western distributers on Wed. morning. It is an OTR trucking co. The CO has some of the nicest trucks on the road. this is not my 1st choice of what I wanted to do but it's better then unemployment. I do love the road but miss the family. IF ya want to see the trucks go to http://www.wdtc.net/

Congrats man, i think the western drivers spend more time washing and polishing their trucks than they do driving them.:D

Are they the ones that just had the news story a while back because they were supposedly cheating colorado out of millions by registering all their trucks in Wyoming or something? Either way, congrats on the new job! Hope you like it! :)

I thought it was pretty funny how big of a deal that was made up to be by the news. Seriously, look at all the businesses outsourcing work to other COUNTRIES...

OK yes it was the same compony that was on 9 news. That was one of the worst story's i've seen them do. all CO based trucking co's of anysize register thier truck out of state. CO is the 3rd most expencive state in the nation for Comm. Veh reg.
As for the job at buckly, I got it then they cancelled the position. Kinda like get layed off brfore i started. And yes the trucks shine but the drivers don't do it they have empolyee's at the yard that do the washing and polishing. Thanks for the responce's, and as for school in the fall i may switch to online and widdle away at it not sure on that yet. Right now eating is a little more importent then school.
