2 week campaign around the state to ticket un-buckled drivers. The story says that 178 traffic deaths last year were people who were not buckled up. The story didnt mention how many traffic fatalities there were overall, so i looked it up. In 2009 there were 548 traffic deaths, 178 were not seat belted in and 98 were motorcyclists. The remaining 272 were seatbelted.
