Thats awesome! I hope your closing goes better than ours, I'm still pissed about ours.
We went to do the final walk through and that ass-hat had unplugged and turned off everything in the house... I mean EVERYTHING. Unplugged the dishwasher (which flooded the first time we used it, good grief), the garbage disposal, even the freaking garage door opener! he turned off the gas to the furnace and the water heater, turned off water to the entire house including the sprinklers and completely reset the sprinklers. So what should've been 5 minutes of walking through turned into two hours of plugging things back in to make sure they still worked, etc. and so we were super late to the closing but I was unapologetic and I was pissed. The only good thing about closing was they went ahead and gave us the keys and the ok to move in, even though the contract said we didn't have to get the keys until like 5 days after closing.

Congrats! We've been putting work into our house lately (cutting down trees, new roof, ect. ) A bit of advice: invest in good insulation.

Hopefully the economy doesn't keep going down the shitter as I know a chick in Greeley and her propery value went down $45K on her county assessor report for this year. Weld is taking some big hits on property values.

I may have a lead on the stove, but not the fridge. I'm looking into if they still have it... If you need a little fridge to get you by for a while (we're talking like under-desk size, enough for milk and a few things but not much else) I have one sitting in the garage.
We had to get by for about 2 weeks without a fridge because Costco was jerking us around and kept delivering damaged ones... so I know how fun it is to live without a fridge.
