Are you trying to upload to the photo gallery or upload a photo to the forums?

well if there is a problem with the gallery software I'd prefer to figure out what it is... but I was able to upload something to it no problem. Anyone else having issues with it?
First thing you might want to check is the size of the photos... most cameras nowadays are like 10+ megapixels which means they create a file that is like 2megabytes or more and about 10x the size of the average computer screen, so if it is a really large file might try to reduce the size first and then upload it again.

Maybe. I just got me a new camera and wanted to try out loading stuff up to my comp. But it is only 8.1 megapixels. I will play around some more and see what I can find out. Thanks for the help.

I think megapixels are a scam... my Nikon D40 is a freakin sweet camera and its 6 megapixels and even that is a bit much most of the time. The D40x was a 10-megapixel version of it, and was an extra $100, absolute waste of money so I didn't do it. I just bought a little pocket camera and its a 10 megapixels but I have it set to 5 megapixels because 10 is a total waste of space. Hell my old 1.3 megapixel digital camera took some of the best photos I'd ever taken in my life and they easily print 8x10 photo-quality prints, so its all a giant scam :). Unless you are printing like poster-size prints, anything over about 3-4 megapixels is going to be a waste of hard drive space.
