Item 1) Looking for a bolt-on class II or III hitch for a Saturn S-series (or maybe one from another little car that might fit)

Item 2) A small camp trailer (pop-up style) or a cheap little trailer that I could convert into one as I'm pretty handy like that. LOL

I'm going to the west coast this summer, and trying to avoid driving the huge dodge! lol

I have a trailer hanging in My garage it used to be a house trailer pretty heavy duty springs . I'd say 3000 lb or better because it has trailer breaks and it wouldnt need them unless its 3000lbs or better . with a axel and a tounge three wheels it needs tires but they hold air and have good tred theyre just old and cracked but they'd get you home 150.00 with the title I should probly keep it and build something Myself but its been sitting for a coupla years shame cause I just renued the plates that I have never put on I bought some lights and I have a box of lights and stuff but id have to look to see if they would go with it I think I modified them to make tow lights for My towbar PM Me if Your interested.

hmm.. I might have to come up there this wwekend and check it out... How big is the trailer? I need something small enough my Saturn could handle it. You said it has brakes, sounds like it might be too big

The trailer right now is hanging on the side of my garage it is wide but not long it is a builder You can make anyhting you want it is a frame only with a tounge and axel and springs wheels and tires I removed the rear bumper on it and shortened it some in the rear You could move the axel forward or extend the back it is wide now like a house trailer but it could be thinned and have fenders on it if You wanted I just bought a new 2000lb axel for one of My other trailers and they go for about 200 bucks if you order one from new mexico so it could be even skinnier I have a heater unit for it and a water tank and a faucet with a water pump but im keeping those for shure im gonna make a shower in My RV and instal hot water heater and the forced air heater so Im keeping all that .
You said You were handy this is a builder .
minimum you would need is to install a deck something like 3/4 plywood about 30bucks from home depot and some lights /wiring another 30 bucks from harbor frieght title15bucks and plates 15bucks and some rope and You could haul some crap.3000 lbs of it or whatever your car can haul the frame right now wieghs about 250lbs with present axel toungue wieght is about 50lbs heaver than one of those harbor frieght ones and also more versatile in the long run .although I have one of thos eHarbor frieght ones and it turned out like this >>>>>http://www.rmftc.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=18&pictureid=110
