Just based on what my parents have dealt with in renting out their property, unless you knwo someone local who can do it, I'd recommend a property management company. Being a landlord from an hour away is tough enough, much less a long ways away...

Matt, that's what I'm thinking as well. I know I need to pay them a fee, but that's worth it to make sure the place is maintained and the tenants screened properly.
