Hey, don't know if this would be in Events & Happenings or General Discussion, but it is a happening for me LOL. I may be getting a job at the local Ford garage! :thumbsup: A friend of mines boss got an opening and asked Dan (friend) if he would recommend anyone and, damn, he suggested me! HAHA bout time now I can fund both projects! :D

Haha, thanks! I will need it. I don't have the cleanest driving record and that is one thing they look at, but my buddy said that they mainly looking for DUI's and I don't got none of those.

as lame as it is to go the speed limit and stop at stop signs, it does tend to stop those tickets from happening :).

Lol, ya. I have 2 major speeding (over 15mph) and 1 wreckless driving. So ya, being a crazy teen doesn't help. But I think I getting over that aspect of life being 18 and all and being all growed up!

I got caught going 120mph in a dakota in NM when I was 20. It was my first and only ticket. Thought I was going to jail. Got a stern warning by the trooper and he laughed because when he asked if I knew why he pulled me over I simply stated "well, since it took you 10 minutes to catch up to me maybe it's because I was going 120mph." I got a 65 dollar fine and no points. New Mexico doesn't have a points system. I figured out after that that when I'm in a rush it just gets me all irritable so I just take my time now. Have'nt gotten another ticket in 8 yrs. Congrats on the new job.

Oh man those wreckless driving tickets are killers, I had one during my last divorce and had to go 1 yr on just 1 point. As for my speeding luckily when I got stopped for 125+ on federal & 112th the cop let me off due to it was shift change in the 3 surrounding cities.

Wow luckys! LOL, my wreckless driving was a lucky break. I was driving my moms new 06 G6 and was doing 120 down a 65 then a 45 when it turned to 30 I decided to slow to 90 then I ended spinning the car on loose gravel and driving it backwards through a wall of concrete. And the first speeding ticket was 40 in a 20 school zone (ouch)! and then the second was like 200 feet from my work that I just left and got a 65 in a 45 8 seconds (literally) after I left my work. Thanks about the job though! :thumbsup:
