ok, so Friday night I was lookin' around at a pawn shop looking for tools for work(I install carpet), and while I was in there, for maybe 10 minutes max, someone boosted my stereo! :oops: And it wasn't even a nice one! AYE! They also got my discman that was hooked to it, since the stereo was a cassette player. So, would anyone happen to have a car stereo for free or cheap? It doesn't have to be really nice, as long as it works.

The creep was probably selling your goods in the same pawn shop. I"ll look around in the garage, there may be something out there to get you by for a while.

naw, the folks in the pawn shop know me, I'm in there a lot, but the police have a report, so if whoever it was tries to pawn it, maybe I'll get lucky. But the stereo was a cassette deck, and no pawns around here will touch one of those! lol What really annoys me is the discman! I got it as a gift last Christmas, it's not even a year old. oh well, life goes on. BTW, thanks for checkin' for me.

within the past few weeks we've had 2 stereos stolen from cars in our parking lot.

One of them .. I watched the fuggers drive away as I was coming out to find out why someones horn alarm was going off ... just glad it wasn't me.

I don't care so much about the stereo .. what kills me is these jacko's are whackin windows out to get to the stereo!
