-House is close to campus, you can literally see it from the the house, and rent is cheap for the location.
-House is pretty fun, we have a giant bar inside, and like to have a good time in a controlled manner.
-An undisclosed number of guys live in the house, all laid back, relaxed, and easy to get along with, all we ask is you be the same.
