I'm getting sued!

Well it happened, just like I predicted. My neighbors are now sueing me. I got served tonight. They want $6750.00 even though my insurance found I wasn't neglegant. I'm not sure that she really has a leg to stand on because apparently she never filed a claim under her own insurance so she thinks she can sue me for the damage to her limos. Now I have to get a lawyer over something that she wont just drop. I'll just file a counter suit so she'll have to pay my lawyer fees and court costs.

That sucks royally! Unfortunately I have no idea about lawyers or laws or liabilities, etc. so I am literally of zero help. Hope it works out though.

Call your insurance. Many of them will supply you with a lawyer in cases such as this.

My wife is my insurance agent and she is looking into the claim and making copies. My next move is to install a video camera pointed right at their house.

Too bad the owner of our company is out of town. I've been working here 6 years and he has been sued 3 times, and the last case might be appealed by the other side. Our companies lawyer is on speed dial #1.

Fortunately for me, I've never required the services of an attorney. Therefore it is unfortunate that I cannot recomend an attorney, whether successful or not, to support your cause. ( I've written some threatening letters to get people to back off though).
