This weekend, my stepdad, me, and one of our friends are going to the Rod n' Custom show, at the Nat. Complex. We are trying to find a wheelchair for our friend to use...hes going thru radiation and treatment for cancer right now, and really cant walk. Hes on oxygen too, so were trying to findone with a place to hold an O2 bottle. If anyone knows if the National Complex provides these, or knows where we might be able to borrow one from, it would be appreciated. My mom is trying to find one for him, but im not sure if she will...Thanks.

My parents had an electric, but they gave it to my grandmother. For a quick fix until a better one can be found would be to check out good will. You never know what you might find. Other than that check with local charities and shriners. Good luck to your friend I hope everything works out. I will also ask at work tomorrow for you.

I know most of the major complex centers have either wheelchair rentals or they have those electric scooter rental, but I'm not for certain that the colorado convention center does.
That looks like a sweet show, how much are tickets to get in?
I know it sounds ghetto, but you can always zip tie an oxygen bottle to the back of a wheelchair. As for finding one, maybe a medical supply store?
