The new highway

I guess the new highway between Hidden Valley, and Central City opened today, officially. Thats the one that cuts from I-70 straight to Central City..Ill have to listen to my friend dispatch tonight, and see how many accidents happen. I guess I-70 was supposed to be closed, along with C-470 in the interchange area, all weekend long. but Ive heard they cancelled it, probobally so people could come use the new highway. Ill try to find pics of it, i think its kinda cool, it didnt take long at all for them to build it.

yeah, I was just up in Leadville last friday, and saw them putting the few final touches on it. I wonder what it'll be like.
Very nice not to go through on 6 though-- that's a relief

I'm sure there will be plenty of wrecks, always happens on new roads.
