I found this playing around (real productive at work) is on an individual's home page, you can choose to befriend them and so forth. FSB has this same format, which is cool... RF isn't this updated. I'm liking the update Matt! The forum looks better too!

You can invite people to be your friend and then see them online and stuff, you can also send messages to all your "friends" and things like that. Of course, EVERYONE is my friend so I didn't think to point that out... :)

im pretty sure it is available i think its a matter of whether it is activated or not

I've thought of the idea of a chat room before, but it is a bit to get it implemented... my initial worry was peopel wouldn't use the forums if they were using the chat room, and most people already had each others IM's, but I will ponder it. If enough people want to use it, I have no problem trying to get it set up...
