Just came across an article about timing....it has some good infoin it, if you take the time to read it. Im gonna mess with my timing and dizzy tomorrow, and see if it helps the truck, i imagine i will have MORE POWER, and better Gas Mileage...I recommend reading it if you have a carbuerated ford engine in your truck.

I guess adjusting my timing curve to kickout around 2500 like i wanted to wont do anything for me, since i live at 9118 feet above the sea...what luck, i thought i had a cheap power boost...but i still might do it, and get the adjustable vacuum advance just fer kicks. what im about to say doesnt fit in any, but, when i pulled my truck into the garage at my work to hotsy it, get some pics, then paint it....i had it running for about 30 seconds inside the building, and when i got out our CO2 detector alarm was going off and i watched it climbb from 0 to about 550 ppm, then i kicked on some exhaust fans and PRV's and opened both bay doors to air it out some

Ohh yeah....timing IS everything, ever started to pee before lifting the toilet seat, or tried to get out of your truck before opening the door?

I mostly hate it when I get out of bed before I wake up. LOL...
