Did anyone else notice the first update from the thursday update page? Looks like a ford 400 did pretty good so far, but still more to come.

Ohh yeah, this engine also happens to be the MPG heads entry. GOOD CHOICE!!!

I just looked to see how it went, Man them CHI heads are bad azz and the knowledge Scott has is unending. John Do you talk to Shane much? he was pitted next to you guys at the footbrake nats.

I wonder if this lead will hold the top spot

I think another ford 400 took the top spot, then got bumped by a boss 429, but ford 400;s in 2 and 3 spots right now.

What car did he have? I have never talked to him, and i would like to have that 400 in my truck lol.

Theres also another, new Kasse head thats way better that the CHI heads, the Kasse head is supposed to be good to 800+ HP and a set of their heads has gone 8.55 at 155mph in a 3300 pound street car with a 403 in it.

Shane was in the Green Dart that was parked the spot next to yours he was pitted with Brad ( Blue 67 Mustang)

so it looks like it is MPG. Almost Kasse, McKeown Motorsports, and Power Shop Racing in the finals tomorrow?

The horsepower and tq numbers they give are the average, not the peak, thruout the rpm range if i remember right...
