Whose rocket-scientist idea was it to put this thing up?
You can bet that after the first day all the people in the area were ready to strangle anyone even remotely associated with this project.

Still.........

I have a couple of neighbors I wouldn't mind aiming high powered megaphones at and blasting random peoples messages at them. :)

WOW... Reminds me of the "caribou clatter". I remember driving up to Alaska and one of the radio stations in Canada featured a "caribou clatter", because many people didn't have phones, they'd drive to the radio station and leave a message and they'd play it over the air for everyone to hear. For example, "Aunt Suzy, thanks for coming over for dinner, we enjoyed your company. You left your crockpot here, so whenever you can come back and get it that'd be great". or just various things like that. Very odd.

How about playing some obnoxious hairband music like whitesnake still of the night, or skid row monkey business over the phone. I wouldl ove to hear that with the chainsaw in the background and rain drops. LOL
