I have lived in Colorado off and on for my whole life. Grew up wheelin with the family and now this is my 5th FSB. I just found the site per Fullsizebronco.com. I live at smoky Hill and E-470. I drive a big rig over the road so I need a little time to plan wheelin trips. I'm going camping up at redstone the 25th to the 28th. Plan checking out scholfield pass (depending on snow) and leadking basin. I have wheeled in this area many times over the years. If anyone can make it let me know. I have a '95 E.B. mostly stock. (got it 6 mo. ago) but I put BFG MT 32''x 11.5 and replaced all the shocks and brakes. Just put an K&N filter system on today. Going for a paint job next Month. (black Pierl) and now that I found a fab shop near by I will have new bumpers front and rear on it by this winter. I will have pics after my trip to redstone. I saw a posiblity of that night run next week but I have to find out if I will be back in time to make it.

Welcome, same thesoundmaster on here as on FSB. I'm actually up in that area, currently in Parker, but I grew up in the Smoky Hill/E-470 area and I claim it to be my stompin grounds.

Just a heads up on ORI in Centennial. There have been problems associated with this store. They backed my truck into a wall. They were power braking in reverse and ruined the tailgate, bumper, etc. a few years ago. Also over on Colorado4x4.org there have been different threads on different problems with the people doing bad work and then taking a long time (months) to fix the situation.

I don't think I'm aloud in Old Chicago, or at least the one on Colorado Blvd south of I-70. I don't remember much, Cory would know more. Something about beer, Jack Daniels, and Nyquil.

I will 2nd that notion. ORI Centennial used to be fantastic. Chris and Paula are awesome, however, they let all their educated employees go a couple years ago (used to work with a girl who's older brother was one of those let go) and hired inexperienced help and the workmanship has gone to crap. I buy parts from them, but I'll never let them work on my truck.

I really like the fab work I had done at ORI but I understand others have not had the same experience. The guy that fabbed the spare tire mount on to my rollbar did an awesome job though, came out looking about as perfect as one could expect. But the guy that did it hasnt worked there in quite a while.

Welcome to RMFTC, by the way!

When I was thier the other day getting my hitch installed I got the impression that the fab guys are new to them. I may be out of my mind but they did a good job with my hitch. I tried to install it myself but soon discoverd that I needed to drop the gas tank to bolt it on so I took it to ORI and had them weld it on.
