ok so my ranger has been down for the past month with a blown clutch. so yesterday i drove my grandmas mini van (Chevy Venture). well i dropped a soda can in the floor. so i pulled over. i had the 2 right side tires in the dirt on the shoulder, i was a little to far over...i have been that way scince a guy broke my ranger mirror off while i was on the shoulder. i put in in park and started to stick my foot out. my friend robert started yelling, the van is slideing. i threw it into drive and tryed to get the front all the way on pavement. well that didtnt work.... the whole van slid into mud....i went back and forth trying to get to pavement. i was 5 feet from it when i relized i need help. he called a friend of his and he yanked me out with a burb.......talk about embarassing.......:BangHead:

I was thinking blame it on the soda .Darn thing just jumped out of Your hand:idea: ...Or, blame it on the city for making skinny shoulders and inadiquate drainage :p .Maby the car company for not using some sort of posi or at least limited slip diferential in the front wheel drive .Or everycar should be equiped with larger warning lights like rescue workers just in case of emergencies .:rolleyes:
