Went and picked up the truck today from the body shop. It's missing some parts I swear he's got there somewhere. but on top of that, its running like crap. Admittadly, it was running poorly when I dropped it off so I expected that. Hopefully I'll find a cause before taking it out to Vegas, LOL. Ahh, the thrills that are my life... I swear...
Oh well, 9 days and counting.

When you install your performance chip...it will shoot you codes, right? Hopefully it will give you some codes and find you the sensor you need to fix the truck before the trip...must fell nice othave the truck back though ehhh??

I used the scangauge, and it read the codes but I cleared it, thinking it was a problem I had fixed before dropping it off, i didn't even write down the code. Thought the problem might go away if the code was cleared, might need to reset the battery...

If everything wen't smoothly it wouldn't be any fun now would it? Just think of all the pride you'll have when it's all done and ready in time and you think back on all the struggles you overcame. hehe.

If it still runs like crap, the codes should reappear as soon as the fault occurs. It may take three occurences before the code is set, but it will be there.
