And these morons int he apartment across the way can stop spending all their living moments out on their balcony,t alking as loud as humanly possible. They typically stay out there from about 7pm to about 11pm, talking very loudly, shouting, singing, etc. maybe once the temperature dips, they'll realize the joy of being inside.
Man I hate apartment living. Can't wait to get into a house. LOL.

Actually, the people I called the cops on moved a while ago, these people are their next door neighbors, its like that side of the building, 3rd floor just has a vibe of loud morons, LOL. Kind of like whoever moves in across the hall from me is being evicted within a few months, just a vibe or something LOL.
