I know with our old club we had nametags that helped identify folks at meets and so forth, and I think they helped out a lot. What is everyones thoughts on getting these done again? I could even offer them in the "merchandise" section for like a dollar a piece (they cost me about 75-80 cents to make per tag) or something like that, maybe even look into gettin some lanyards made up with the RMFTC logo. I did some initial research and if I ordered about 50-100 they'd be around $3 each. So figure maybe $3-4 for a nametag with a lanyard or $1 for just the nametag...
Just a thought...

I'm up for it, as long as my name gets to be spelled right on this one.

Sounds good to me, Matt. Why not just say $5/nametag (including lanyard). And there will be no pressure for club members to buy one - just so long as they understand we'll refer to them as "hey dumbass" at every gathering if they don't have one... :D

yeah, not a bad idea. The only bad part about the lanyards is it all gets paid upfront... i.e. $3 a piece, 50-100 minimum order, you do the math, LOL. I'll keep looking for some suppliers online.

so I guess the question would be, who would be willing to pay $4 for the nametag w/lanyard?

Thanks for taking care of everything Matt. I'm already handing out business cards at work, making myself feel important. Plus have the sticker on the truck.

I had to replace the old one.

Cory, damnit don't freak me out like that, I spelled it how you spelled it, LOL. It's bad enough last time I misspelled like 3 peoples names!
Jeff, glad to hear you like it, take some pics of the sticker :). I already took mine off and can't get it put back on for a few months...

I feel kind of stupid, but here goes.

I have not been able to find the charger for my camera and it died on me over the weekend. About 10 minutes ago, I found the darn charger plugged into the outlet next to my desk at work. The charger has been here since we did the lift on Dom's truck and I never noticed it. So, I'll go home tonight charge the camera and try to get pictures up tomorrow sometime.
