Well, with my commission check coming soon, I think I have decided its time to upgrade to a LCD flat screen tv. I am not looking for something too expensive or big, preferribly around 36inches and $500. I know its stretching it, but someone should know of some deals out there. Let me know all.

Sams Club/Costco. Really. These things come in as freight due to size and the big box/palletized stores are able to minimize the freight costs (cause they're set up for it).
We just got a 50" plasma for 1200+/- at Sams before X-mas. Really happy so far but just remember, unless you have HD inputs, you won't get HD picture and it's just a big TV. Makes me glad we didnt' pop for the highest resolution screen available (since it wouldn't do us any good with our regularly watched inputs).

I bought a 32 in Westinghouse from walmart. They are close to 500 bucks. I couldnt find a 36 in TV for 500. We went to WM becasue my wife gets a discount there. Other wise Sams/Costco may be the best bet.
