Lookin' good! :D Are the flames going to be that bright/defined or more of a "ghost" appearance? I thought you said "ghostly" but may have misheard. Either way, it should be pretty sharp!

I know everything is on schedule at the moment... gonna be tight though. paint guy needs it another week so then i guess he'll have a week to get the lift done and then the weekend for everyone to help with everything else... so its really tight but still possible, and now even probable that it will all happen!

Looks like crap, I can't belive that you are paying good money for that. I would demand an imediate and full refund. LOL j/k. In all actuality, it looks awesome, and I really do look forward to seeing it finished. I still have the 23rd marked on my calander to help with the final assembly and get a close up look at it!

Chris, you and Heath both said something about thinking I said Ghost flames, but I don't recall saying anything like that. Even in the beginning I was saying "I don't want ghost flames, because if Im paying this much for flames, I want EVERYONE to see them"
Though there actually is some ghost flames he did inside the flames, who knows how they'll turn out on camera though.

So far, assuming this gets completed from the body shop this week, I dont think we'll have any problem wrapping things up in time for SEMA. If he gets it back to me by next weekend, hopefully the following week I can try to get the lift and suspension stuff installed, then the party on the 23rd to put everything back together that hasn't been put back together yet, hopefully work the tonneau cover into the schedule, and then head out of here the end of October!

Lookin' good. I like that color almost as much as I like my DSG. I could have sworn I heard something about ghost flames too though. Oh well.

And what's up with havin' stuff for Dave, when I still haven't heard about mine? Let me know if it'll work to stop by after my interview tomorrow. I'll try to check this in the morning before I leave. I'll probably take off about 9:00.

Why would you want to, just find a 5 year old, give him or her a silver crayon and I'm sure they could do a better job... After they're done take and wrap the truck in plastic wrap for that fresh clear coated look!!!

Glad you posted more pics. I hadn't seen the first ones until this post floated to the top of the list. Your truck is looking great and I'm sure it will rock come Nov 2. Keep at it.

I must admit, I'm normally not a big fan of the flame look, but there's something about that design that looks really sweet...very nice Matt..

I agree on the hood too, very nice...

I think something is wrong with the front end though :laughing2:
