That's a spam post, see them all the time, they put in a bunch of other stupid text in real small print so it doesn't trip the spam filters and such. I can almost guarantee that is not a valid post. $3800 seems to be the magic spam price lately, I've seen a bunch of 2003 Land Rovers, etc. for $3800, all spam.

That is actually the incantation you have to recite word for word to disable the new voice recognition alarm and start the car. Screw up more than three times and the car will get mad at you and you'll have to read it a Harlequin romance novel to get in its good graces again before the door locks will open :-)
