Stopped by today, things are progressing well!
Basically its ready to be sprayed, which should be taking place tomorrow/Friday. The jams are all painted, the new hood is installed, all the windows (except windshield and two front windows) are out, all trim removed, everything primered and sanded. The flares, airdam, bumper cover, and grill shell are all painted and sitting in my dads truck right now (except the flares, which hes holding on to in case the flames overlap the flares)
Here's the plan, tomorrow/Friday Mark (the body shop guy) is going to take the truck to the booth, and paint it. Depending on how long the booth renter guy lets him use it, he is going to either just do the base coat/clear coat then follow up with the flames at his own booth, or he is going to do the base coat, flames, and clear coat all at the same time. Either way, hopefully around next week we'll be wrapping things up!
