OK, I called today and got the club discount switched over. So now, if you go in and request parts or call them and request parts, just make sure they know you are with the Rocky Mountain Ford truck Club :).

Cool. Are you going to permanently post it somewhere or have a link to their site? I can up with something and e-mail it to you and see what you think?

FYI, I've used this discount several times and it is fairly substantial, typically around a 20-30% discount depending on what you are buying.

I've also used the discount. I bought an assortment of interior pieces that normally would have been around $230 total. I got them for $180.

Spark Plug wires for my Ranger were $65 with the discount, $84 retail.
Nice job, Matt!

Yeah, the discount is only on parts. To get discounts on vehicles we'd have to register as a fleet, but to be a fleet you have to order x vehicles per year.

I hope to God those guys up in Denver are better than the one in the Springs.
I will never, ever, go there again.

I have good feelings toward Phil Long as well. The event they hosted for the Colorado Powerstoke club was top notch. It is not often that a dealership will line up 14 2005 vehicles for people to test drive with out salespeople going along, and feed you at the same time.

I've also had good service dealing with their parts department.

Well I just leased my 4th Ford from them so I guess I like their sales department just fine. ;) Or course I deal with a woman in the fleet division I've gotten to know over the years, not the "regular" sales folk. IMO their service department comes and goes in terms of customer service and reliability, but they do seem to try...
So do we get any discounts on service?
I've been wanting to get my speedo recalibrated for a while now, since I changed tire sizes, but I need to do it the most economical way possible.

No, discounts only apply to parts, unfortunately!

Matt, setting up this discount for Ford factory parts has been great. I've used it quite a few times. This week alone I saved over $75 on a tailgate Monday, and this morning I saved $40 on new bed rail caps.

Does anyone know if Phil Long would have a Trac-Lok for my Explorer? I thought I heard somewhere that they came as an option in the first gen explorer. I am not sure though.
I will hunt around some more.

I would give their parts department a call. I was down there again Saturday and they are real easy to work with.
