My axle bearings went out, and I am currently in the process of going through and basically changing all the seals and bearings.
The ttb axle is getting more and more annoying as more things keep going wrong with it.
I wish my dad would let me go solid up front.

Yeah those bearings... That became a 5 minute job after doing it so many times... :roll:

I am finding it's been cheaper to go this direction.
Costs so far have been $60 for the rear axle. Front axle was free. Radius arms with brackets $75.

The superlift cost me well over $2k in the end. NOT worth it... LOL

Anyone want to buy that one last good bracket off me??? LOL

Yeah I think I replaced those damn bearings about 3 times before I sold the Explorer. Got to where I could just about do it with my eyes closed, LOL. Not to count the times I re-tightened them, LOL.

Well, I just got done going through and replacing the bearings and seals--

Ah you will get to the point where its cake... In fact you will get to the point where you can HEAR the bearing slowly going bad... :)
