Thanks! Utah folks are welcome to join as well... it is the "ROCKY MOUNTAIN" Ford Truck Club. in fact, one of our staff members lives in Idaho! :). But I wouldn't go advertising via FTW... for obvious reasons.

Are you saying they might get upset and throw a tizzy fit???

You never know with some of those charachters... recently a thread was started in the Texas Chapter forum about the crappy work tehy'd done of covering the huge Texas Heatwave show... and it went on to how the site had been going downhill over the years, yada yada yada... and all I could do was sit back and grin because it was the same exact comments I'd been making to the staff members 6 months to a year ago, before I uhhh.... resigned....

I do agree that FTW has gone downhill some since I've been around. I will be pleased to Join the RMFTC !! I'm betting quite a few others will as well as they learn about RMFTC in time.

Sounds cool :). I'm not opposed to you telling FTW members about it, just don't do it by way of FTW or you'll find the post quickly removed and yourself and myself probably banned within an hour or two of posting LOL.

LOL I'm not that crazy ;) I'll just pass it along word of mouth...Since I am the Utah Chapter president over there...

Mtn, just so you get a basic idea of our philosophy "here"... I started this because when I started the FTW CO Chapter, there was a great sense of community, people were friends, not "Customers". We'd get together and have beers, get together and work on trucks, do whatever it is that friends do, and when FTW got taken over, it lost a lot of its "friends" feel and became "what is best for our bottom line". And if something went against the way that would generate profit or whatever for the organization, it was removed. One of my good friends from kansas was banned because he tried to set up a group buy. They told us not to get our discount from the local ford dealership because it conflicted with their own online parts dealer. Stuff like that. You had to watch everything you say. Thats not what happens with friends and when that became the situation, I started this site. We may have got a few members that won't find us that would have found us on FTW, and we certainly don't boast about have 110,000 members (heck we dont have 100, and I'm perfectly ok with that!) and thats the way we like it, dangit! :)
Also, no ads, no banners, no popups. The site is funded by sticker/merchandise and by some that have helped out financially like Jeff and some others. My goal is to have it always remain this way. It was definately not invented for profit, in fact right now I'm still several hundred in the hole (mainly from RMFTC merchandise), but again I'm ok with that and it'll work out in the long run.
So yeah, spread the word! :)

And we can say anything we want to here.

Shit, damn, ass, tits, etc... You get the picture

LOL To quote The Simpsons (the one show I can readily quote):
"It'll be like the Swiss Family Robinson only with more swearing! We'll live like kings! Damn hell ass kings!" LOL.

Snow, I have a windshield banner I was going to use on my back window but it would'nt work out. (would have to cut through a letter to accomodate the slider). If you want it, e-mail me your address and its yours.

I'm working on ordering some stickers from another vendor, locally, who is the godparents of my good friend Ryan's wifes kids (wow say that ten times fast! LOL). Unfortunately, the price might be a bit higher, but I would expect the quality to be higher as well. I still have some of the stickers from the last order (only one windshield banner though, which I'm holding for Glass). Hopefully we'll find something better! :)

Yes it is, it'll be complimenting Tray's truck since it would have looked butchered on mine. I'll stick with the one on the windshield. LOL...

Hey Niels, are you planning to go out to the track this weekend?

I get off work Sunday at about 2 or 2:30, and it's pretty much on my way home.

If not, I'm sure we can work something out some day.

Matt, maybe you should hurry along the process of getting more so people don't start putting theirs up on Ebay.

But I still need to purchase a few things from you as well, so we need to hook up some time too.
