My prick neighbors turned me into the county complaining that my hedges are a zoning violation. Now I have to cut them back to 3 ft. My beef started with them this last summer when my tree in the front yard fell into their driveway and damaged 2 of their limos. My insurance didn't cover becauset the tree was not dead and I was not neglegant. Iam so pissed of I can't even see straight. They own 2 Step Limosine and I am going to put out a boycott on them. F'ers

Sorry had to rant.

Calm down, it may not have been your neighbors. I had a job with the City of Albuquerque and all I did was write people up for code violations of that nature. 99% of the time it was just by driving around and finding them. We had very few complaints and most of those did not pan out. If it was your neighbors, Screw em. If it wasn't your neighbors, screw em anyway.

One of the things I like about apartment living (one of the few things) is if you have a beef with a neighbor, typically you or they move out within a few months. For example, several months ago I got into a big shouting match with a neighbor of mine because he was constantly walking his dog without a leash, his dog would approach my dog and they would get into a little scuffle. It got to the point the last time it happened that I was calling him every name in the book even threatening to kick his ass if he didn't get his god damn dog on a leash. And I'm a dog lover! I just love my dog more then his. That and it takes a LOT to get me that upset. My heart was racing for hours, I literally was ready to go over there and beat the crap out of him, and I've only thrown one punch in my life and that was in 7th grade, but I was so freakin mad I can't even describe it. So for a few months we did a good job of avoiding each other, if I saw him out there with his dog not on a leash I'd just walk the other way and politely call the complex and the police and say "yes the resident in apartment 1235 is not following the leash law... AGAIN". Then a month or so ago, he moved out, and my problem was solved! :).
I know that has nothing to do with your situation, but nonetheless. I still get all riled up thinking back to that day.

We live in a covenant controlled neighborhood. We were turned in a few years ago for having our Christmas lights on the house to long (Our house has a bunch of Christmas lights). That was the year my dad had heart surgery after the lights were put up. He could not physically take them down and my fat ass was not going up an extension ladder and if for some reason I made it to the top, I would probably fall through the roof. We eventually got my sisters boyfriend to help remove them.

No , it was my neighbor. They inspector basically told me because I knew it was them. He just gave me until the leaves fall off.

I don't know why they are complaining, they are never home anyways.

Next time their dog gets into my yard I'm gonna rip off the collar and call Animal Control.

I know a few good tricks...when i was kicked out of my old apartment, for having a wild party at my apartment, a week i was in utah, i pulled the toilet off, put down5 handfulls of string, and 4 tennis balls, the thing backed up like crazy.. But, dont worry about them, obviously they arent happy with eachother because they are only happy when they are making someone elses life miserable, i give them 8 months untill a divorce, then theyll move, and be out of your hair....trust me, may seem far fetched....

What's far fetched is that it's a mother and her 29 year old son who still lives at home with mommy. Tell me something fishy isn't going on to keep her little boy on the straight and narrow. They fight like they are married sometimes.
