They had painted a few accessories for me and wanted me to check the color and make sure it was right. They had painted the bumper cap and the airdam. both were BEAUTIFAL. I can't wait to see the truck done up! I guess they are going to start painting the door jams and then block/paint the exterior.
I got to see my new hood for the first time too, it was looking sharp, can't wait to see it on the truck though!

Nice to hear everything is moving long good, should be done just in time for C-DOT to start scatting the roads with thier salty chocolate sand "gravel". They are thinking it should be done within this month, right?
Cant wait to see it when we all do our mod night.

probably like, the day after the paint is done, LOL.
Yeah, Matt's going to be about the only person who has to park a lifted F150 for the winter.

Im not sure how long Ill have to wait before I can wax it, I know some people have said you have to wait a month before you can wax new paint, I have to ask the body shop guy what he thinks...

Yeah, its kind of a catch 22 there. Too bad you don't have a garage to park in. The sun isn't good for it but if you park under a tree you get a nice coat of sap and bird shit. The leaves are going to start falling anyway. Maybe you could park it under the canopy at a gas station for a few weeks. LOL...
at least 30 days so the paint can cure. unless they put on some supermohackular paint.

So I have to ask for "supermohackular" paint... got it! LOL.

Precision Auto Works. His number is 303-937-3815. He does everything from body work, repaints, and custom flames and so forth. He works out of his back yard.

Is he reasonably priced? I'm not looking for show quality, just a nice clean look.

Not sure what you mean by reasonably priced. He won't do a maaco $300 paint job (nor would you want one!), but he probably won't rape you either. Tell him you know me, maybe he'll cut ya a deal...

Bigiron, you can email it to me and I can host it for you. We don't have an upload picture feature here because of space constraints, etc. though.
