Just a short one! :).
When my truck gets out of the paint shop, I think I'm going to go ahead and do the body bushings. Everything will be apart and it should be super easy. It's not like a body lift where you have to do everything in a certain order, re-align things, installing steering adapters and transmission shift adapters, etc... its just take one bolt out, pop the old bushing out, replace it, move on to the next (or so it sounds).
At the same time I might go ahead and install the fender flares, airdam etc. if the body shop doesn't do that. I'll probably also put the rollbar in and try to get everything electrical that I can hooked back up, etc. Should be fun!
I won't know when it will be, but whos interested in helping out? Theres beer and pizza for volunteers :).

I'd be interested! I have Saturdays and Sundays off from work.

As long as it happens some time between 11p and 4a, I can help.

I'm up for it. If I can find the money for the parts I plan on doing my ball joints, a guy at school will loan me the special tools needed.

Ball joints are fun... LOL. I've got mine just waiting to go in, but I"ll save mine until the lift goes in, because you have to take the control arms off for that anyways.
Also if anyone has a good garage they'd like to volunteer that'd be cool, otherwise we can probably use my parents.

Lemme know when, and where. I need to do all my u-joints...re-do my front wheel bearings...umm.....front brakes....that kind of shtuff... If Devin (lobo) is there , ill get him the trim pieces i got for him too.

I have a big vise that comes in handy for u-joints, as long as we can get the driveshafts, etc. off the vehicle, otherwise they are a pain! :). Sounds like it could be a fun time though! :)

I have one request. Don't plan this on the weekend of the 18th & 19th. I'll be out of town.

I'm up for it. I don't really have much to do right now on the truck until I get parts but doesn't mean I can't show it off.

Damn you Niels, thats the weekend I was hoping to do it! Because the weekend of the 25th is my sisters wedding (I'm the best man) and was hoping to have the truck all done by then... but thats ok, I'm probably only doing the bushings myself, the lift and so forth I think I'm going ot have professionally installed...

As long as it is in the afternoon I'll be there. I won't have anything to do the truck, but I owe a few people some help.

I hope you didn't not do it because I was unable to help. At the rate I'm going I won't have my truck in "proper" working order until hell freezes over. LOL...

It's a good thing we work in a non-politically correct work environment, because tomorrow I'm kicking your ass.
