I have a billing concern. I'm notified monthly when the bill is due and access of the bill is through the internet on the companies website. For the life of me, I can not remember my user name and/or password to login. I click on the button that says "If you forgot user name or password, click here". It takes me to a screen that asks for an account number from a bill, that I don't receive in the mail, because it's supposed to be done online. I reply to their e-mail stating such, and I get a response that says the initial e-mail is an automated e-mail.

Here is one e-mail

After following the link in the above e-mail, it takes me to a FAQ page. After digging through their website, I find a link to contact customer service via e-mail. I fill out the necessary information, and get this response.

Then I came across live chat, I get in and then I'm notified, they are busy at this time. No shit.

I don't think it needs to be this complicated.

Nothing should ever be that complicated. Personally, a complaint to to BBB would get anyone's attention.

If it is for a credit/bank card, call the number on the back to report it stolen. That is the easiest way I have found to get in touch with a live person.
