First, I apologize for not having my camera.
Tonight after work, Cory and I decided to go over to this area where we see ATVs playing around all the time. We figured after last night's rain, there will be lots of mud. We put the trucks into 4 wheel drive and we are following a trail that comes out near this open dirt area that has some nice size areas of standing water. The first small lake that looks like fun is about 20 ft long and 10 feet wide. I'm thinking to myself, I can't wait to drive through that. Cory and I go our separate ways, but he beats me to it. He enters the water and as he's passing through it, the water keeps getting deeper and deeper. He gets about 5 feet from the far side and by this time the water is coming over the hood and I'm thinking holy shit how are we hooking a tow strap. By this time he's smashing the gas pedal, tires are spinning like crazy and he's just barely creeping along. To my surprise, he makes it out. This was the true test for the snorkel. The Bronco never stalled and kept running normally. It was a beautiful site to watch.
Oh, by the way he did it a second time going across the width and again the water came up on the hood, but this time he almost rolled the Bronco. Unbelievable.
