OK, the decsion has been made...gonna keep the Expy long term and after this last snow storm, thinking I need a little more air under it.

Just want a small lift so I can fit some bigger tires. Well, not exactly, gonna get the 285s and they will fit stock, but would like to give it a bit more aggressive stance...that's more accurate.

No clue where to start or anything...would love to do this on the cheap too...cause being unemployed for a few months tends to eat savings like you wouldn't believe.

TIA for any help!!!

Try here, Larry actually pointed me to this website a couple months back since i'm currently shopping for a lift for my Bronco. http://rockymountainsusp.com/fd4_expedition.htm. Another suggestion is try ORI of Centennial (1/4 mile south of Arapahoe and Jordan). Chris and Paula are amazing people and know their stuff. They can quote you, suggest what to do and so forth with what you are looking for.

Guys on FTW seem to think that 2" spacers in the rear and new torsion keys would do what I need...and it's pretty cheap too. One of the FTW guys has that set-up for sale for $150...thoughts?

personally i'm a fan of spacer lifts, especially over body because instead of lifting the body off the frame, you are actually lifting the suspension. but it does put some excessive tension on some stock parts. whats your take Larry?

Yeah, I am just not a real fan of body lifts...If it weren't for my son having a hard time getting in/out of the truck I would just lift it with a full suspension kit and go 4" or 6".
